Full Journal pdf2004-05-11 House Journal Page 4334 HB 275 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4319) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 275(FIN) "An Act relating to animals, and to the care of and to cruelty to animals." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 275(JUD) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 275(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 275(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 275(FIN)?"
