Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 4319) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 275(FIN)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to animals, and to the care of and to cruelty to

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 275(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 275(JUD),                                        
and recommended that the members vote yes.
